My phone is stuck at Apple logo. I have tried to hold the power button + home button for 10 sec it will turn off. When I turn it back on and it's back at he Apple logo.

I do not want to reset the phone to factory setting because I did not back up photos in time. I really need to recover photos. What should I do??
