hi guys, i got two problem,
1. bad call quality (done everthing, the only option left was to send for repair.
2. unable to back up, iphone disconnect from itunes. (i have use different cable/usb/update driver etc still not working) any solution that i may miss out?

Hi dikae,

its Iphone 7 plus

Call quality - sound very low, although in setting already maximum. Same thing with Bluetooth headphone with exception of apple own headphone.
i'm trying with Icloud now - forced to upgrade cloud storage, old backup file cant be deleted

yup. on the latest IOS version already. Backup successful after "force" to pay extra iCloud storage. Demm you apple. The only problem now is call audio quality.
