Hi there, Iphone 5S user here.

As I'm using my 5S normally,suddenly it shuts down and stuck at the apple logo.
I try restoring to ios 9.2.1, the restore go through in itunes. But after my phone restart, there was a second loading bar at my iphone, and it just stuck there forever. I try different Windows (7,8,10) still the same results. I try downgrade to ios 9.0.2 but to no avail, itunes just give me an error 3194.

Please help, As I don't have any phone to use right now
