Iphone 4 iOS 5.0 32GB

had check with yezhacolic on the issue cant make outgoing or receive incoming calls, for incoming calls, the caller can hear the calling sound, but receiver could not get the call at all.

tried to reset & restore iphone for 2 times, and same problem occurred again.

repair shop said probably is receiver faulty which they could not repair.

Anyone other than yezhacolic can help or advise on this issue?
