Hey guys, plan to switch back to iphone after many many years.

Was traumatized by the limited support from Apple during 2012 and 2013 where to change a broken screen I had to wait 2 weeks for a repair/refurbished phone from Apple. Back then I either had to go third party with "fake" parts or "broken" donor phone for parts to get same day service.

Is it now possible to get broken screen official parts/service in less than a day? Is is a replacement or a repair?
