noticed that my iphone 6 has quick battery draining issue for 1 month. if i do not charge it while using it will just switch off. therefore i have to charge it all the time to use it.

And i notice that the left side of the screen is slightly seperated from the battery and can see the light display inside.

Swollen battery right?
