iPhone 6, import set. I just bought it and the touch screen is so unresponsive. I have 1 year warranty, but college has been so busy. Sometimes, I can't even use the keyboard to reply/type messages. It gets so annoying when you can't really do anything about it.

Also, I'm having this problem where I can hear the echo when I received a call/calling someone.

Just in case I bring it back to the shop where I bought it at Lowyat, will they charge me? How much?

Anybody having the same problem with me? What should I do? T.T
