For me the splotches is a non issue. Yes I do see it on my phone since I usually watch YouTube before going to bed. It does not appear when you are watching the video even in dark scene. Maybe while the video is downloading when the the screen is black but that only last like 4 seconds. You won't notice it if you don't go looking for it. It only appear on certain conditions.

But the splotches I see does not look anything like the one posted on xda. That is a serious case of screen defect I guess.

Use prepaid easy to change. Go to umobile center can port your current number when you register. Took a few minutes only. Donno if it's the same case for Maxis. You just need to pay for the sim card.

Looks like iPhone 4S will be launching in Malaysia on 16th December and Celcom will be one of the first telco to launch it with others to follow. Wonder when will GNex arrived here then. Before or after Christmas hmm.gif
