anyway guys, i have tried 3 gnex and all of them have different color profile.. sigh.

yes. i didn't had all 3 phones for long enough.. but my customers and i managed to took some photos to compare them. we tested lowest, max, and auto brightness setting and in all conditions they produce different colors.

I think the battery life issue is blown out of proportion. If it is within 16 hours of heavy usage, it's pretty damn good enough for me. How often does a person stay awake more than 16 hours anyway? Unless that fella doesn't need to sleep.

I will concede if anyone can find me a smartphone that lasts more than 48 hours of heavy usage.

yup, which is why I asked, why Doomsday say make sure to buy case fit. Because that would be the "wrong" version imo. I want the SP to cover the whole screen, not leaving 10% space just to "fit some case". 
actually with or without the root kit, GNex is extremely easy to root.
