history behind that patriot suit:

well Norman Osborn wore that Patriot suit when the Skrull Queen was shot on Earth, deemed to be the savior of Earth, Osborn then formed his own Dark Avengers team - Wolverine, Spidey, Sentry, Ms Marvel & Hawkeye (Bullseye), and they decided to invade Asgard as Osborn see it's a dangerous threat to Earth. But failed hard lol and lost to Thor and the rest of the original Avengers team.
oh dang wat am i saying, it ran off topic, sry marvel fan here  p.s: rumors said Norman Osborn was never in the coffin in the first Spider-Man movie |
