With the new Skyfall teaser up on the Internet, interest for Daniel Craig as the titular character James Bond is once again on the rise. Before this, he had a role as a cowboy in Cowboy and Aliens. So far the only official head sculpt of Craig is from Medicom Toy as Jake Lonegan, which has very a close resemblance. Lets hope for a 1/6 a official James Bond figure next year.

Hi, just wanna ask that, toy shop has he right to forfeit customer's deposit upon late collection, for instance after a week?

They won't forfeit if only 1 week late since normally they should allow 2 weeks.

Best is to buy from toy shop that u know them well to avoid this...especially if u are late for 3-4 weeks.

they should give 2 weeks at least... some people might be too busy to collect immediately.
If paid in full, they should keep it for you forever or until shop closed down?

Your question is too general. few questions first:
1. Assume there a receipt for the deposit. If yes, is there indication that you have to collect within a week?
2. Did the shop call you to collect item? If yes, did u not collect after a week? If yes, did you before that week ended request them to hold on for you with reason (like you are outstation, blah,blah,blah)?

As I know shop already pay full for the items and they would want the balance from buyer ASAP so they can roll the $$ for next items. They cant keep forever coz the risk buyer do not want the item anymore and item is difficult to sell and not popular.

80% payment settled and there is no black & white written in the receipt regarding to the terms and condition. I will collect the item asap (within a week) since i wanna enjoy my toy asap too. The toy shop introduces such new rule after few months after the PO peroid? I think this is very unprofessional and unfair. thanx for bros who replied.

If its not on your receipt then shop has no rights at all. Moreover, you paid 80%. I wont step foot in that shop if i were you...

Depends on you really.. both are identical. I prefer Mark 6 as display value is great, as it comes with both Battle & Non-Battle damage parts.
Mark IV only clean figure but comes with full head Tony Stark piece while Mark VI comes with Tony Stark head in helmet.

If they have a shop than wouldn't worry so much... if you have receipt better.
If you pay online make sure the company have registered company name all transaction is in your history.

But rules is rules late payment after 1 week or 2 weeks, the moment you paid you have agreed to this.
Unless you have close connection with seller than they can understand and hold till you make payment.

However 80% deposit is funny... usually seller take less than 50% to PO.

Put the shop name here .......... it is very unfair to forfeit if no T&C stated on the invoice !!! I think you can report to hal ehwal pengguna.

For PO nornmally 20-30% max....taking 80% is almost like paying full.

He introduced top up payment system. I can top up my PO until arrival of the item. He found out that I buy multiples unit of hot toys (He is Fxxking anti people who bought multiples unit by label them as investor). He thought I fooled him so he is now 'terminating' me. The name of the shop is TOYZMANIACS at Sri Endah, Sri Petaling. He wanna thank me too by free dispute his shop here, create free advisement for them.

If he really found out u selling toys at ebay or low yat or any where, u r terminated by him. Usual technique is by complain to the boss that customer create problem and cancel all the POs, tell customers that their cost has increased and ask customer to pay more, no more friend friend price (I'm too greedy and getting his trap) and give u black face, complaining customer problems to another customers.......Conclusion, I feel there r many problems to buy from this shop and too much troublesome, too much gossip.....totally CHAOS!!!!!! Pay him money but need to suffer!!!!!! I POed from him DX joker, Mark 1, Iron Monger........Damn...................

im planing to get the HT spiderman black ver. Bcos spider man 3 is the last movie staring by Tobey Maguire. & this Black got he head sculpt.

The incoming amazing spider man, make me feel sick. it like a redo version. & the charactor not suitable for spider.

But, may i know anyone who have the black ver, can let me know about the material of the body. Do the material easy broke or crack after blend the joinment?? Can wash it?
