The chest RT on Mk.6 that HT mistakenly put the ArcReactor
HT may make the accurate one for Avenger's Mk. 6 or they go cheap and it remains. at least the movie makers/designers are consistent. ![]() » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Added on February 6, 2012, 10:25 amBD Mk.6 have new BD parts.... hopefully more right arm damage this time This post has been edited by BeastX: Feb 6 2012, 10:25 AM |

Mk.7 appears to have some nifty weapons concealed at the shoulders.. and jets at the back that enables it to fly and fire weapons like WarMachine.
Ironic that Mk. 3/4/6... are not equipt as such for aerial battle..... It took an AirMan Rhodey's redesign to be implemented. This post has been edited by BeastX: Feb 6 2012, 02:34 PM |

Got my AU Mk IIs (partial) from Hong Kong... verdict: HT made (too) many compromises and short-cuts. It's more of a prop... than an action figure.
Example: 1.The entire Torso is (mostly) a 2 piece part. 2. Limited leg twist @ the hips, inhibited by design, lap armor cover/internal parts 3. Though the single knee joint can bend 90 degrees, it partially inhibited by the lower leg, though I suspect can be adjusted. It feels like a patch work of new and old parts, that does not work quite right... instead of a completely redesign as BD Mk.3 was to the first Mk.3 This post has been edited by BeastX: Feb 9 2012, 03:27 PM |

QUOTE(Lurker @ Feb 9 2012, 03:18 PM) I think HT was banking on ppl display the unit lying down on the lab table. That's why kasi free meja! Hahaha! Hence, it's good for Autopsy table, hall of armor, or very static flying/pose..This post has been edited by BeastX: Feb 9 2012, 03:26 PM |

QUOTE(zapirwin @ Feb 10 2012, 10:06 PM) Err i dont think its PVC It'll be mostly PVC, hence the cheaper price. Koto unlike HT you usually can pick-up after release without PO and sometimes it'll be cheaper too, discounted/bargain bin |

Fixing floppy Mk.4 and 6 legs:
QUOTE(schokolade;4137852) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Based on the descript and pics I did my leg dissection for repair... however the cutting of 1/4 of the joint was not needed as with some prying and proper positioning you can slot the joint in. By cutting a portion of the ring you actually loose some contact with the rubber o-ring that provide resistance. p.s the lower joint was the broken one on mine, Where you need to slot-ine with the 1/4 cut mod.
