I played world of warcraft for quite a numbers of year, but already stop for awhile.

This is the news:

We were simply blown away when we saw the final painted prototype of Sideshow Collectibles’ Arthas Menethil statue on our recent trip to their Thousand Oaks facility.

user posted image

Blizzard Entertainment and Sideshow Collectibles are proud to announce this incredible new polystone statue that perfectly captures the former paladin’s icy terror. Meticulously sculpted by fine artist Brian Fay (whose body of work includes the Headless Horseman and Arthas deluxe figures from DC Direct) this museum-quality maquette realizes the Lich King as never before at a massive 19 inches (482 mm) high, atop a glacier-blue base. Hand-painted, frosted, and finished with unique edition numbers, Arthas represents just the first in an as-of-yet undisclosed new series of collectible offerings for 2012 and beyond.

As a bonus for the World of Warcraft community, Sideshow has created exclusive desktop images to celebrate the release of this statue.

To see more images of the final piece or to pre-order the limited edition collectible (shipping Winter 2012 at a suggested retail price of $349.99 USD), head on over to Sideshow's website.

Hot Toys has always focused on the diversity of the collectible figures, not only on the face sculpt, painting and accessories, but also on continuous development of new techniques.

Apart from our patent Parallel Eyeball Rolling System (PERS), fans may know that we have incorporated our first-of-its-kind patent* interchangeable faces technique in our products, not only the Batman series, but we will also include it in many of our upcoming series such as the RoboCop one!

Please stay tuned with our update on this!

* The interchangeable faces technique is solely developed by Hot Toys Limited - patent pending.

I have learned the hard way in this hobby that it's impossible to have multiple distractions. Can only focus on one line and not divert too much attention to other releases haha. I have the new Classic Predator that I would like to let go (exactly for what I paid for retail) it's brand new in box or trade for Mark VI. Give me a holla if any enthusiast here is interested smile.gif
