QUOTE(GEFORCEXTREME @ Nov 25 2011, 08:40 AM) That's why I always think one should never critic other cars, especially if they don't own that car type themselves. If you allow them, someone would actually get some very big breath. I really don't like ppl calling Vios/Myvi a sampan, same think any of you (us) don't like others calling our cars junk. Different cars serve different purposes, and are built differently. But then Zaypher will come in and say "SPEECH FREEDOM". I just noticed this.Yes I believe in Freedom of Speech and the Rule of Law. Yes. |

QUOTE(mADmAN @ Nov 28 2011, 12:32 AM) normally people use 195. but this will also depend on the width of the rim... but typically if the width is 6.5-7 then 195 is the usual choice.. theres also alot of choices for that size. me also going for that tyre and size my rim is 6.5 and i used to use 165 on my ex-kelisa n yes, definitely worth it to go down... better fuel consumptioon n pickup....cheaper tires... though handling may not be as good as 16s. try to find wheels with at least 7" width and use them with 195 or 205 tires. my next tires will most likely be be 205/50 KU36. heard it's dang good...somemore the stiff sidewall. sigh after having suffer from the PS3 soft sidewall (am still suffering until now)...definitely looking forward to anything stiff |

QUOTE(GEFORCEXTREME @ Nov 28 2011, 08:57 AM) Walao you guys, tyre flex, can really feel so much difference? Are they so significant? Man, you guys are really cornering GODS! As long as a tyre's grip is not outright bad, I'm fine with any tyres. dont talk about heavy cornering la. My trusted car performance expert took my car for a ride and straight away pointed fingers at the ps3's flex.In the Malaysia situation, I prefer good all round tyres like PS3 and V12 Evo. If u ask me, it is quite significant. Perhaps my current ride height contributed to it..I'm not sure. Definitely the 55 profile too. NExt time, it's a must to go for 50 profile..damn It's an irony though, when i first got PS3...i was singing praises about it...i was so impressed with the improvement in terms of grip. After a while, the tyre flex does get to u. |

QUOTE(mADmAN @ Nov 28 2011, 11:56 AM) toyo is known to have soft sidewalls... the only toyo u should get would be the R888. yes, madman is right. I decided not to look at toyo r1r becoz of the soft sidewall. the only thing i like abt the r1r is the aggressive tyre thread pattern..LOLstick to the RE002 or the KU36 (which is cheaper than the RE002). |

if you are thinking about replica seats, I used to have one, something which I truly considers the worst mistake i made during my neo ownership. Don't do it. Like for me, me poor guy, so I got SSCUS. At least when I crashed my neo, the seats are still intact
Added on November 28, 2011, 4:39 pm QUOTE(Daniel John @ Nov 28 2011, 03:00 PM) @ TripleJ104 (as well)LOL thanks. the sound is just like standard hotbits muffler la. Performance? I'm satisfied, exactly what i would expect from a typical 4-1? This post has been edited by Zaypher: Nov 28 2011, 04:39 PM |
