Hi Mahsa, I had experience similar case with you. I walked in to LHDN my branch then there is an officer will interview you together reviewing your file. according to them, it will took around 3months++ and it is advisable if you did drop by before so that they will be more alert on your account. But yet until now i still havent received the 3% retention sum from LHDN. Cheers!
