For ELITE new exit, it is placed right next to KLIO. I seen the drawing before but did not keep it. If you drive slowly on the Dengkil highway, you can see that they are doing the construction work already.
For North south highway new exit was intended for Southville, i think it's still at propose stage...

QUOTE(wewem @ Feb 8 2015, 11:10 PM) hi all owners of harmony park, will you install stainless steel window grill or just apply anti-break window film? The house has too much glass sliding doors. I think better install both. Security Film + Tinted whole house probably 3K, and grill probably 5K? Just guessing...

QUOTE(DesmondChu @ Feb 11 2015, 02:02 PM) i am waiting for the reply too I'm being sarcastic... -.- We got too serious nowadays... Im an owner of course I already know its potential. People who hasn't put any time or effort to understand this area and do their homework, instead spent a few seconds typing a few lines like "imho no potential la", why be so serious to them... Right? Before i bought the property, i spent hours driving around this area. and i continue doing my homework even after i had the purchase completed because i like to find out about my possession and the surroundings of my possession. so i dare to say i understand this area as my home even before i received the keys. and i enjoyed doing it... so... Good potential means it has the right ingredients to do better than what it already has. For example, a good rock can be made into a invaluable diamond.
However, regardless of how high potential a property has, it does not guarantee success. Buyers do not "cheat themselves ", they evaluate the potential of a property and decided to invest and took the risk.
I feel like it is much easier to make comments than actually spend some time to find out for facts. I do not mean that I know everything, only saying please put some effort before you buy, of course it is for those who are actually looking...

Nature Within better do grill, usually has more break ins in new area. Don't play play. Self advertise a bit, I sell tinted films one. haha, please support! hehe Have one type is anti break + heat reduction combined 2in1.

i don't ask my "colleagues" for property advice, cos they are not doing anything related to property! and you judge based on your personal observation, and when i say it isn't right, does it make your judgement wrong solely based on my comment? and on a side note, i have nothing against your judgement, i just feel it is irrelevant from a person who hasn't put any effort. KL people don't just move to PJ when KL was "full" (your opinion), they also go kepong, cheras, setapak, subang, shah alam. and Cyberjaya, half died or half alive, you still don know yet. I'm not invested in that area i keep it to the pros to decide. I hope that our next discussion is constructive and helpful ya tq This post has been edited by star727: Feb 12 2015, 04:22 PM

Dengkil isn't that far from anywhere else in Klang valley la... you can use google maps to find out, i can safely say if people who stays in usj can work in kl, the same goes to dengkil. only less jam and also less toll if you live in dengkil, true story
its the mindset, some people haven't explore this place before so they don't know its very convenient
