QUOTE(LigerFX @ Nov 24 2011, 04:03 PM) Oops, my bad for leaving out the details. I was actually more concerned of the whole outlook of Dengkil itself rather than the single property. Hel pal, i jz checked out with this website Dengkil SemiD-Bungalow-Natura Heights Anyways, this is what I got. Location: Dengkil Property Type: Semi-D & Bungalow Title: Individual Land Tenure: Freehold Total Units: 118 units (114 units Semi-D & 4 units Bungalow) Land area: 35' x 80'/ 2,800 sqf (min) Build-up area: 2,700 sqf (min) Selling Price: RM808,800 to RM849,800 the concept is pretty attractive. i was wondering is there any showroom to visit ? anyone ? A bit off topic, but one of the eateries is mentioned in this blog
http://thamjiak.blogspot.com/2010/02/cyber...kil-chilli.html Added on November 25, 2011, 4:30 pmFound this on the net: Kosmo Dengkil CentrePoint http://kamso.my/index.php?option=com_conte...kil-centerpoint Location: http://kamso.my/index.php?option=com_phoca...id=1&Itemid=163 Added on November 25, 2011, 4:43 pmIt's mentioned somewhere that it takes 20 mins to reach KL from Dengkil. How true is this? I mean from my current place in Dutamas would take me 15 - 20 mins to reach KL. Can someone verify this? Or maybe I should take a drive...? Then from Sri Petaling junction continue to Tun Razak exit is approximately 10 mins without traffic jam.http://thamjiak.blogspot.com/2010/02/cyber...kil-chilli.html Added on November 25, 2011, 4:30 pmFound this on the net: Kosmo Dengkil CentrePoint http://kamso.my/index.php?option=com_conte...kil-centerpoint Location: http://kamso.my/index.php?option=com_phoca...id=1&Itemid=163 Added on November 25, 2011, 4:43 pmIt's mentioned somewhere that it takes 20 mins to reach KL from Dengkil. I estimate the distance from the location to KL is approximately 40km (google map)..you can reach KL in 20min if you constantly speed at 120kph including at toll booth..I mean from my current place in Dutamas would take me 15 - 20 mins to reach KL. Can someone verify this? Or maybe I should take a drive...? And get ready to get speeding tickets as the speed limit on MEX is 90kph.. |

QUOTE(macho dog @ Nov 25 2011, 09:16 PM) this is correct.Btw this and MCT, if die die must get into Dengkil, I will pick the latter... this Natura height only 20acres....and surely will be surrounded by other existing structures or future unknown development. also capital appreciation might be limited because of its size of this project. MCT with 5 times bigger, probably can create a small enclave and address on its own....and price push factor as well. |

Anyone can verify the size of Eco Lake City?
The website http://www.mct.com.my/index.php?option=com...=153&Itemid=355 didn't mention anything about the size of the project... |
