Well if you understand Chinese than you can visit a forum called bbs.kafan.cn (A China security forum). There's a section where you can download malware sample submitted by the members of the forum.

PS: You need to be a member first before you can download virus sample/attachment from the forum

Alternatively there;s a site called Malware Domain List where you can visit known malware site (Be careful cause those are real malware site, not malware sample download site)
