Does anyone know at which floor will have the view overseeing the hill and into Damansara Perdana? Some say 24th floor, some say 26th floor and some say to be sure at least 28th floor will be parallel with the base of the telecom tower...or it depends on which block?

U mean those units facing pool view of block A/B/C? For me as long as I don't see the tower from my balcony view would be good. Overseeing DP and KD would be a plus. But I do notice the huge price gap between level 24th and below vs 25th and above for block A. Does it mean something? Worse case or as consolation, go to sky lounge for the entire view.

Believed that all balconies facing the pool/forest will see the tower, just looking up or looking down and from different angle only...the question is the actual location of the tower relative to DF. Some SA say to the south east of Block A...some SA say facing Block C and D...no idea who is correct?

From the price gap above, does it mean that 25th floor and above will oversee DP/KD?

Then really no clue .. we should know when the structure (1st/2nd flr) is up for respective blocks. Hope for the best.

its different project, location is next to Dsara Flora but access is from Sri Dsara

foresthill Damansara is D'sara perdana project, is a 3 storey terrace , semi - D and bungalow, pricing from 2.8 million, lease hold, entry from damansara perdana P.J trade centre, easy to link the curve and Ikea.

Will there be any highrise next to Rafflesia? I notice the land clearing is quite aggressive and it's on the slope too. The nearest highrise there is Armanee Terrace I/II. Hope no blockage from nearby new highrise in future.

thanks for the updates. Now i remember my friend told me there was launching few months ago by a smallish developer. But 3 storey terrace 2.8mil. Its a bit too much right? How can it compete with Rafflesia by MK Land and Empire Residence?

The price gap of around 20k only applied to Block A btw Level 23A and 25. No price gap for Block B and D for those level. Erm... Mystery...

The SA did mention that level 26 and above will be having the view of PJ (higher than the hill). Not sure whether correct or not...
