[WTA] Paypal Problem, Do not receive confirmation ID sms/email

So I'm have to buy another tickets to watch my movie, but I realized the seats that I paid by maxismovie is actually not occupied , means that GSC have receive the transaction, just I do not receive the confirmation ID only.
What should I do so I will get the confirmation ID next time?
Have you contacted Paypal immediately after realizing your confirmation ID were not provided? It's the best thing to contact Paypal and inform GSC that you have made such transaction and ask GSC to confirm if they have received your payment. If its yet to go through, get Paypal to confirm the transaction.
