Hey guys, was wondering if SAGA FlX front, side and rear window glass has a natural tint of 5%? Planning to get it tinted but need to plan carefully since if I take 70% VLT tint its gonna total to 75% a.k.a fail JPJ. Thxs!

Bro, higher VLT means less dark.

To pass JPJ, your front windscreen VLT must be 70% or higher. Side and rear glass must be 50% or higher.

Crap, I got it all mixed up. Thanks for the explanation smile.gif But my point is that, does the windows have some level of tint on it? Plus that with a tint that is - lets say 70% VLT, wouldnt that be failing JPJ requirement? Hope I make sense lol.

Yay kindly add my name to the club!
Vor Saga FLX 1.3 AT Solid White tongue.gif

Received & have being driving my new FLX 1.3 for 2 days now. Very smooth I must say, no loss of power at all when climbing slopes etc. My only 2 concerns so far would be the:

1- Same jerking issue every FLX owner has been complaining about but only happens during very bad traffic jams. Guess would have to wait for my 1st service for them to fix the new part (coolant or sumtin?) for it to be solve.

2- Sometimes when shifting gear to N but meter says its on R, any solution to this? Doesn't happen often but quite dangerous...

All in all, I am very satisfied with the car for the price I paid. Nothing much to complain but yeah thumbup.gif

Today a dodgy looking man in Proton uniform approached me when I parked my car at my housing area (USJ Subang) and the following conversation took place:

Dodgy Proton Man: Does this vehicle belongs to you?

Me: Yes. May I know why?

Dodgy Proton Man: Is this a new car?

Me: err *slightly smile to acknowledge the statement*

Dodgy Proton Man: This car is very easy to open & stolen... have you installed the metal thinggy at the doors?

Me: Owh those metal stuff... yeah I read about it (realizing he is some sort of salesman now..)

Dodgy Proton Man: Would you like to fix it? You could pay me RM50 1st and pay the remaining balance by tomorrow or when you have gotten ur salary.

Me: Err no thanks.. yeah I know how vulranable our local cars are... dont worry about it, I'll get that fix soon

Dodgy Proton Man: Its very cheap... theres a guy around your area who just fixed it (shows me the receipt). You should fix it too... can pay me later, now i fix for you

Me: No thanks.. dont worry I understand... thank you

Dodgy Proton Man: *smiles and walks into a car parked opposite direction which i didnt notice who has another driver who didnt wear any proton uniform.. look like some 3rd party mechanic/installer.

So anyone encounter this before? Closest scenario I found was at BLM forum where a salesman claiming from Proton selling some alarm thinggy. Is this common? LOL blink.gif

well, reasonably gud 1st impression then.. but im more interested in comments from actual owners, especially fuel consumption.. hows the cvt coping up in terms of FC??

No disrespect bro but I believe a forummer with all the stars you have should know how to do a simple search on this thread.

Personally for me, if one needs to keep worrying about FC, better not drive, just ride a bike. No offence again, peace yo! wink.gif

Looking at @ericmaxman photo reminds me of a question:-

Why are there drivers who attached dolls or teddy bear to torture around under their carriage? hmm.gif
