Guys, I just took the Proton Saga FLX yesterday and I'm quite satisfied with the overall. But I was able to hear rattling sounds from my front right and back left door whenever I drive at like 40km/h. Is it a problem or it's just what you get for what you pay? =/

what you can do is make a complain at SC since you have already collected the car.

Go to those big ones like COSE, Mutiara Damansara, PJ Section 13. Do stay away from the Old Klang ROad one. and make appointment first.

The door rattling sounds is plague Saga since 1st release, until FLX now, the problem still the same, the answer should be no improvement/changes done for that. Door rattling sounds need experience mechanics to 'catch' them, even those Proton SC can't help you most of the time. Some more the noise is intermittent, cold/hot weather, different outcome...

I have been finding the rattling source for my BLM doors for almost a year before i can fully rectify the problem, door panel open not less than 20 times, until now countless. Is time consuming, and need a lot of patience, so dun expect those SC guys can solve for you for 1 shot.

My advise, you can go SC to try your luck, if they can't solve it, just leave it.

Insuflex

I solved it by door deadening and SP, + insert foam double side tape and sponge at those loose joint...a year since i done, rattling noise free until now.

Tried insufflex before, useless.

use damping will be better, insuflex is for noise insulation
