Hi all,
I have purchased my SGS 2 the first day of the launch at MV and was lucky to be the first 300. However I have been facing problems with the phone such as auto restart. Tolerable? Yes.
Not until I am facing the problem below:
Phone shows "Fully charged, unlpug charger" although it is not connected.
When restart, phone shows charging sign and a thermometer warning sign though unplugged.
Phone cannot restart unless charger is plugged in.
It is annoying. I know that it is my mistake that I cannot find my receipt but now I need to know where to claim the warranty for this batch of phone and how.
Kindly assist if possible.
