You cannot use mmc in your phone but you can connect it via usb OTG or using card reader.

is it mmc or microSD, coz mmc is so 2005.nowadays where got phone use mmc anymore.

first use cwm flash checkrom, then put siyah in internal memory and then use cwm flash 2.2. i recommend you use log for best compatibility with some apps

Dude., mmc wont fit into your phone microSD slot as mmc is much bigger than microSD o_O
Rule of thumbs : you can put smaller size card into bigger card slot using adaptor BUT you cannot put bigger size card into smaller card slot

Why you want to use odin? Get CWM on your phone, flash checkrom through CWM then flash siyah through CWM also.

Log is with logging nolog without logging. Does not matter anymore, gokhan have combine both in the latest version.

u can flash siyah through CWM. but make sure it is ZIP file. if flash thtrough odin it is TAR file.

can also, if odin just use the .tar, as long you flash checkrom first, then only siyah.

inside the kernal has some functions to log the events that happening to your phone, usually its for developers to debug or fix problems with kernals and apps. but some apps such as app locker and lbe privacy might requires these logs. last time disabling this logs caused problems with apps that modify the system. that's why i recommend you use the log version. it is said that disabling the logs will increase battery life though never actually proven.
