The reason why i add the middle partition is because i found out dat my few nest is all made jus behind those partition.
I have never tried 3x3ft hanging portion, dunno if it is enuff to block light or not..

Am in great dillema now. Will appreciate very much if sifus here can give some valuable opinion on this situation. I paid deposits for BH in Kuala Rompin. Locations is superb, located beside natural forests. It's directly from developer and the price is RM 630k, 3 storey semi-d size 24X80. Actually it's joint venture btw Pahang government and private developer. Total got 66 units. They plan to make it swiftlet city. But with current political conditions, banks only willing to lend 60% of the selling price with unattractive interest rate ie blr+1. Any suggestion/ opinions from taiko's here as I am newbie and stayed at klang valley which is 3hrs drive to Kuala Rompin which cause management of the BH inconvenient. Should I proceed with the buy of should I let go and lose my deposits? Or anyone got into same situation as I am now? Yuor valuable opinions is very much appreciated.

helloww. can someone help, i just started my 1st BH operational. the problems is on the temperature.

on 09 - 15 clock, the temperature can reach 30°-32°C, after that temperature can drop down to 29°-26C° on 16 - 08 morning clock.

its hard to keep the temperature consistently 26°-29°C on afternoon or full day. some article that i read, tells that's not problem when temperature rise up (30°-32°C) on afternoon cause birds go out on 06-17 clock and back to BH when the temperature is down at night. but i don't believe it easily, i need someone here that have experienced to tell it is right or wrong.

- should i keep temperature 26°-29C° at full day ?
- or that's not a problem the temperatures are in night & morning (26°-29°C) and in afternoon (30°-32°C) ?

- or, this is instability temperature is happens too on yours, and can your BH production much nests on that condition (or it's normal) ?
