So after enlarge the second 4' door to 12', is it still necessary to open another side entrance of 4' to enter the 30x12 room from the roving room?

I see alot of ppl asking questions abt how do we determine how success is your bird house. To be honest, so far there isn't really a correct answer as most would simply tell you that there is no exact answer due to the vast variables. So rather than asking what is "success", y don't we all chip in our own results as a method of comparison. I assume we are all enthusiast and we keep regular records of our BH. Below are my results. With the results, atleast we can see what ppl around us are performing and then maybe compare the differences in more details....

This is agricultural industry, when supply exceed demand, it means u going get price squeeze till u see ur mama in front also cannot recognise her.

They are a lot of farmers suffering silently.......holding on their anger toward officers n govt.....which is not really good for our pm......

Honest people like me paid the remainder sum to contractor so to not owe any money over chinese new year.
Now the remainder 15% work delay over 20 days no progress at all because I am at his last priority.

Hi Jo Yeo, thanks for your feedback. Pls review again my revised picture according to your idea and I worry the area that I circled will be very bright. Currently that area occupied by quite number of nest. My JV partner said maybe we can make a 2"X3" hole at that wall and install speaker.

Big problem, I have this owl that keeps coming back now I'm lost on how to deal with it.

First I nailed 2-3 vertical beams over my entrance hole, this prevented it from coming in for 1-2 months.
Now it is coming in again. Omg it probably stayed inside the BH like 2 weeks and ate at least 100 birds... heart so pain. 

Any sifus have suggestion what to do with returning owl.
My entrance hole already has high voltage cables to zap them but seems like this owl has learned  the trick around it too.
