Many commercial products out there claimed their products can effectively do this and that. Most of them aroma based. Really effective or not you just give it a try and let us know tongue.gif

Ha Ha LOL are there still people buying aroma? Snake oil. I guess drowning people will clutch at straws.

Best aroma is lots of bird shit......WET bird shit.

Best sound track for attracting birds? There isn't one. Some sounds work well in one district but cannot call birds in another. Try, test, to find a suitable sound. Beware of sound peddlers that add duress sound somewhere in the track. It'll work well to attract birds for the wrong reason.

Don't be fooled, there are many quacks around.

Recently tried a track on varies sites turn out quite promising. The track consist of an external for entrance hole and one for hex. This one is champion sound from 2017 Walet Fighting Championship which won at Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. So far so good lah running for 2 months + at 10 BHs. One even is an abandoned BH owner given up for years. After on sound can see birds from far away coming to enter the BH even under moderate windy condition.

Post your building plans and pictures of your surroundings, might be able to suggest a few ideas. Incl how the various breakins were done.

Is there any forum or platform that people buy / sell BHs. In the market, how do we value BHs ? No of Nest + Property Price?
Mine is a shoplot.

But 1st n 2nd floor are bird nest farm modified by previous owner. But no experience in nest farming from him n myself.

Feel wasted if dismantle all the woods.
Hope to get a good sifu that can consult n advice on any modification needed.
Location in perak.
