It could be the supplier that special marking " P  for Passed " for re-sort/rework lots.

It's very common practise in manufacuturing.

sorting/rework....means failed one, lol biggrin.gif whole batch rejected by QA inspection, ask supplier to come in to do sorting

Guys. Soon it'll be time for me to do the painful yearly insurance and roadtax renewal.

Any idea how much you guys insure your car (1.8MT)? Considering now that new car is only 75k brand new - 8k discount = 67k.

ka ka ka.. you must be in the manufacturing field...

But... sorting/rework doesn't really 100% Part Failed la....

It's also has to depend on the DPPM lol..

Added on November 24, 2011, 12:30 pmGuys, what is the size of the tyre when u use a 17" rim so that it won't make the gap in the arch look so big?

yesss... if your car is AUTO, use only S flow muffler, and manual can use either S flow or straight flow depends on your setup...

Yes, no point getting an "Ah Kheong Workshop" exhaust system...

I'm not sure even a Lancer exhaust system would work well cause our Inspira HP/Torque is defferent then Lancers so I assume the mapping will be different as well.

The better option would be to get a reputable exhaust system for lancer and getting your car re-tuned.
