Hi i have a rental place , a condo and would lile to rent for mainly expat , i was thinking of furnishing it with a massage cahir, do you guys think it would increase the amount i could tent it out for? would the tenant prefer it than a normal chiar??
Feedback would be greatly appreciated

What if situation: If the tenant says I don't need a Massage Chair, can you discount; what are you going to do?
Because likely that might be the request if the rental of your unit is above the average for the same units around the area.

Assuming the rental is RM3500 a month. Yea but the rental of the area would be in a range of + - RM200 . Would the availability of the Chair be better and would the tenant pay say extra RM200 for the massage chair every month/? above the average? Say RM3700 for the facility of using the chair? Since it would be considered as part of the furnishing.
The tenant wound ask for a smaller TV cos he doesnt need a big screeen tv would he?

In terms of competing with other landlord, you may shine a little more assuming all other conditions remain constant.
