No. But I am improving my enchanting skill to heightened my damage output. I feel so silly after realizing there's a Blacksmith Elixir. I've been crafting my shit without that 50% boost. Alamak.

I'm a sword and shield fighter. I only maxed smithing and enchanting and just playing by regular means, no cheating whatsoever, I have 40% 1H damage, 40% fire and frost resist, 20% magic resist, 45% block enchants on every item, my weapon damage is around 250+, 500+ when I use a white phial, 1k+ damage power attack, and I'm virtually unkillable, due to capped resists/block/absorb health enchant on weapon.

I was literally wiping the floor in Skuldafn, no matter how many draugr deathlord/overlords they sent at me, I mowed them all without even breaking a sweat. 

Now I'm playing a mage... ROFL, probably the crappiest class spec in the game

can only be achieved by grinding. so, i don't think it's breaking the game, people chose to break the game that way.

However, the same treatment was not given to casters, no + spell damage enchant, just - spell cost enchant
Casting a spell for free that does 100-200 damage at most on a mob with 1k - 5k hp? No thanks
Doing a power attack for 1k damage with a smithed/enchanted out weapon = hell yes 

Mine only 66 hours...
