they only reveal if the ingredients are mixed with other ingredients with same effect.
there's a page in wikia about ingredients and its effects.

equip the magicka cost reduction item, really helps.

you also need Enchanter x5 perk and Insightful Enchanter perk.
since you already got 8x lvl, can get the Enchanter x5 perk, need 5 perk points.

alchemy skill is very slow to train. I used my training point for alchemy in every level.

but have to work a bit to sell, one merchant only have average 1000 gold (without the perks) and only reloaded after 2 days. unless.......brows.gif

Added on November 30, 2011, 2:39 pmand where did you guy get so many soul gems? Currently enchantment is lvl8x, so far i only can buy in good quality from the wizard in Dragonsearch (not really a lot, around 7 each time, but its much more than normal merchant), and a few from normal merchant sometimes

in dwemer ruins, got hose robots that sometimes drop soul gems. or buy it from the teachers in College.
