Yea, the resist bug sucks. I usually clear out a camp full of elite forsworn with ease at master difficulty, but now, whenever I come across a forsworn caster, I get smashed so easily.

What I heard was that supposedly resistance works inversely now, meaning if you have 100% magic resist, you take 100% more damage from magic instead of reduced damage. No wonder I die so easily with 500+ HP. doh.gif

After putting in 40 hours, I have yet to explore 3 cities or more.

Mainly concentrating on completing the existing quests.

frost resist. no wonder got hit frost breath by ancient dragon on Adept difficulty can 1 hit kill.

Yeah, I avoid visiting places while I finish off the existing sidequests.

Certain side quests, I will leave it hanging.

I only been to Dawnstar, Whiterun, Solitude, Windhelm and the college.

The cities on the south, i never been there before.

Relax, the main quest will make you go to most of the places in the map, you'll discover them alongside with the main story.
