Hello,

I'm thinking of trying out U Mobile,

from what I search around the forum, it seems I can get U mobile either from the online store, the u mobile booths, the u mobile center, or 7 eleven.

Now I also read some things about people signing up for U mobile and then get scammed, and get billed in the next few months.

going to the u mobile center might be the safest option, but I prefer not to because it's too far. If possible I want to get feedback which place is safest beside the u mobile center? smile.gif

Is using their online store safe? what abt 7 eleven?

sorry for asking something which may be a trivial question.. but better safe than sorry right? I appreciate any feedbacks and thank you in advance smile.gif

their online store is safe.

7 eleven is safe too, since 7 eleven only can do prepaid registration, they cant scam u to register postpaid. Another alternative to 7 eleven is cosway shops.

Dont buy in the Low Yat ground floor booth.

They told me SIM card is RM20, and 1 month credit RM20. So i paid and got simcard, they didnt give receipt.

I went upstairs, selling sim card RM8 , I went back and demanded a receipt. He didnt want to give, insted he asked for SIm card cack.

Umobile scammers!!!
