The shipment to arrive here took quite a few weeks to a month.

Can you give them this remark nastily:
The shop can insist they pack because the person pack can say that they pack it
but person packaging it must had miss out one watch as it is 101% not in the package.
How sure are they that its in there, packing so many things at once, surely miss out things sometimes.
Always buy from their shop, hope they take in this complaint to improve, and apologize in a better way
