I'm a noob here. Planning to buy a ping pong bat, budget less than 200. I stay nearby jusco maluri and I dun like those sunflex bats, rubber so thin. I heard there's one shop nearby viva. Where exactly is it? Need all of your advice. TQVM.

QUOTE(kuntilanak @ Dec 3 2012, 09:15 AM) It's Uncle Ling's shop, 'Gold Medal Sports'. It's just outside/behind VIVA Home, in the building called Uncang Emas A, level 3. It opens every day 11am-7pm, I think. Budget 200 can get decent bat+rubber for noob. Amateurs may need 300++ for decent combination. You want chopping or smashing? You can't have both without compromising one of the aspects. Choppers prefer slower bats, so smashing with that needs more force and tends to be less powerful. I want more focus on smashing. Anything specific like what brand of rubbers, paddle you would recommend?? |
