a guy called Amirul from Alam Media told me i can practice at some club nearby Tmn Maluri...
anyone know where exactly is that club???

hello, i just joined 1 small group of people playing table tennis at sungai long sport complex today and they want to find more people to play with. kalau ada yg interested boleh la whatsapp uncle tu - 0162216600(uncle beh). we r all beginner

can join us at forum 19. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 5pm till 9.30pm. we have all level from beginner to advance to state players.

Been a while I not in this forum. but I am in another Forum.
Any ping pong kaki that is around PJ \ Klang Valley area can come to our training place. Forum 19.
Our Club name called Formula 19 Ping Pong Club.

Our usual practice day will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
5pm till 9pm sometimes will extend till 10pm if you are late comers.
we provide training as well. If you would like to play to improve and to be more competitive in this game.

For Tuesday and Thursday usually around 5 to 6 members will be continue to play on the other days. Sometimes they arrange Sat and Sun too.
We accept beginner and also advance player. Even if you have 0 table tennis just started to pick up the game we also be able to guide and spar with you.

Fee Per entry RM6. Casual play
To train we have several blockers/ sparring partners and ball feeders and we have around 5 ITTF Certified Coach.
Fee will for training is different. Have to approach the coaches to ask for per session fee.

We have around 15 to 20 people usually in Formula 19. around 80 people in our whatsapp group so you guys can arrange time if you want play during Tuesday, Thursday, Sat and Sun
With 6 tables for casual play. 1 table for training. and another 3 tables for non formula 19 members. total of 10 Tables. in Forum 19 they have futsal, badminton, Muay Fit and Table Tennis.

yes they do. Beginners also they welcome. Per session is only RM7 for 2 hours. If you play more than that it is RM10. Watch out, there are a few lansi people there who dont even wanna look at you. They talk only to their cliques and ignore the others. Good thing only a few of them are lansi. the rest are friendly.

If you are lucky then you will be be able to spar with the lovely Female former  KL state player hahaha.

Anyone tried before DHS PF4? Heard old ppl says it not sensitive to spin, basically any incoming spin also can loop . Most of the time if a rubber lose tackiness it basically dead but tis rubber at its best performance when it lose its tackiness. They also said good for fast loop and sidespin loop . Only cons is really hard to find blade that suit it as its sponge too dead not bouncy enough. The best combination is DHS 032 &04 because the power supply to the rubber wif these blade I would say is unlimited no bottleneck but 032 and 04 is ancient blade which on the brink of extinction. Alternative cheaper one is yinhe n9 but only suitable for continuous looping but not smashing and near table control a bit weak.Hope to hear some reviews.
