i wanna ask, is it possible to use video as ringtone?

i mean when someone call, the video will be played, is it possible?

my old sony w995 can do that, so i think my samsung s+ also can but dunno how?

anyone know?

my S Plus masuk air, i brought it together play banana boat, haha

seng heng repair it for free, they repair also my retak screen, i tot they wouldn't repair the screen

however they format my phone, all my setting gone, need to start from scratch
