NOTE: Make sure you have busybox install before you begin, you can get it from market by searching "Busybox Installer" then install it to /system/xbin/
It is recommended that your phone is at least on 2.3.4 firmware. If you're still on 2.3.3 refer above for upgrade guide.

1. Download FeaMod Recovery from XDA
2. Switch off your phone and boot to downloading mode. (volume DOWN key + Home button + power)
3. Plug your phone to PC and open odin. place ariesVE.ops in OPS. Tick one package. Place FeaMod in one package file and then click start. Let your phone restart by itself.
4. To access your new CWM, switch off your phone and press volume up + power and hold it a bit longer after the samsung logo.
5. That's it, in this menu you can now do a nandroid backup (that's what we call it) to backup your entire ROM. You can choose whether you want to backup it in your external SD or internal but do take note that since it is backing up the whole system, the size will be big, it can go as much as 500MB. When you are satisfy with it, you can reboot your phone.
