Guys I just have a problem .........

Just bought this HP 2 days ago for about 950 ( trade in my SE W8 as well ). But really disatissfied with audio quality. Audio quality is horrible when volume reaching 10 or higher when listening music, playing game or wacting video.

SImply talk, bunyi mcm speaker pecah la .........

I read a review about this phone and many reviewers claim this phone having a superb audio quality. But at this time even my old Sony Ericsson W8 have a far better audio quality than the phone I`m having right now .........

Is it becoz of a phone speaker ? Or something else ( audio setting / codec ) . Really lazy to go back to shop lah .......

Is there any software to improve sound quality ? Or how to adjust this phone audio setting.

I found a guide to adjust SGS audio setting via service mode. Tried on this phone. But it`s different with our SGS+ audio setting ........

My phone firmware is at 2.3.5. I found a latest stock rom ( 2.3.6 ) at this site :

I tried to flash with a malaysia stock room ( I9001DXKJ2 ) but a flashing process on until system.ext4. Exactly at this point nothing happen anymore.

I`m tired of waiting so I disconnect my phone. I turn on my phone and after samsung logo I saw this strange logo ( phone, PC and question mark in the middle ).

I tried flashing it again and the same thing happen. Flashing process is stuck at system.ext4 download.

WHat can I do ? Is there a problem with our region stock rom ?

Phew finally made it. Connect my phone to different USB port ( behind CPU I use in the front before ) and I successfully flash my phone to 2.3.5. And it only take 5 minute ...........

Before this I was considering send my phone and claim warranty. HAHAHA ........

Have any of you guys knew mobo player ?

WHich version of mobo player is best for this phone ? Do we have to install codec to play all video type ?

The current one I`ve installed have a problem playing flv and mpg file. Always lag when playing those video type .........

My phone became hot when playing game for about 20 minutes. Is this normal? Should I change my battery for a better one ?

Guys I just downloaded Anomaly Warzone Earth HD v1.09 along with sd data.

The problem is I don`t know where the hell I should put the sd data.

When launching the game it ask me to download data from game servers.

PS : ANybody here tried Street Fighter 4 on this phone. Is it good ?

ANybody here using go launcher EX ?........... I have a question to ask .........

Sometimes my phone refuse to go to sleep mode. Sometimes certain app cause it right ? When I scroll to running tab it shows couples of application still running ..........

The problem is I never run of of those app. To enable sleep mode I have to tick close all programs option. But 5 minutes later when I scroll back to running tab it still show a runnig app. This time a different app .......... Wheter I run it or not. Weird.

Guys my phone kinda act weird this day .........

Whenever I off and on my phone there`s a reminder about missed call and maxis mms over and over again. I clear it and whenever I reboot my phone it will those to reminder show up again.........

It is some kinda virus or bug with my phone ? How can I fix this ? Is there any good antivirus app for this phone .........

I admit I installed so many app from an internet carelessly. Don`t know if those app have a malware files or something.

Guys I want to flash EhndroiX 12.8.24 but I always ended up fail to do so (installation aborted, status 7 )...........

I followed a guide one by one but not working ........... Help me.........

Well I redownload it twice and I failed twice. I don`t think I download a corrupt / incomplete .zip file. I can extract it normally.

I think I wanna using TCWM method btw and see if it`s work..........

Well I manage to flash EhndroiX 12.8.24 with TCWM.

But now my phone just stuck while booting ( stuck at black screen with a word "by WINDMAN67 )....... What happen now guys ? Soo frustrating .........

Well finally I`m using EhndroiX. Thaks guys for your advice.......

But how do you guys set a CPU ? Can't find it............

Try Mobo player ........ I also tried other player but this is the best IMO............

Kinda don`t like this ehndroix rom eh after installed it.......

My gallery take a long time to load my pics....... SOmetimes it didn`t load at all. Have to exit gallery and click it back....... Also I have to browse my pics backward. Plus GIF pics didn`t move at all...........

Also video files didn`t have a thumbnails ......... And Can`t play it directly via gallery. Have to go to video player to play video files..........


AM I have to go back to stock rom ? Or did I done something wrong ?

Those who flashed to ehndroix 12.8.31......... Recommend me which CPU governor is better. Currently using ONDEMAND......Also minimum and max. CPU frequency.........

Gallery kinda a bit slow to load lah........... I have Detroit metal city manga on my phone btw.......

Already new Ehndroix rom ? 12.9.8 ......... Damn so hard to keep up lah...... Gonna flash this tomorrow.

EVerybody have a same prob as I am ?

Currently at EHNDROIX 12.9.26.......... Can`t seems to open MMS. When try to open it`s just downloading and that`s it. Nothing happen. Try using both stock messaging app and pansi messaging and both failed....... RM5 gone in a flash when try to open 30kb mms.........

It is because of a phone or network ? I`m using Hotlink btw..........

Oh right now it still downloading mms..........

Just to wanna ask experts here........

Yesterday I nearly buying beats earphone with c/talk function......oem grade actually. But than I decide just to wait another time when I saw the box saying "made for ipod, iphone, ipad".........

Does c/talk function even work with this phone ? Need some clearence here......
