Anyone know which celcom branch or outlet or bluecube or exclusive partner in klang valley got stock of s-plus? I wanna buy a unit with contract...so far bangsar and berjaya times square no stock. Just asking if anyone know here...before i start driving around to hunt...present for dad.

Whole family eventually going android...wife s2, me note, bro SE something, sis-in-law LG, now father wants S+. Only sister wanna be different with ip4...

Just got an S+ for my dad...brand new...

discovered a problem...3G or H data line keeps dropping and coming back, on and off...i am quite sure is not reception problem at my location bcos my own Note and my wife's S2 no problem...

keep trying to find some error in settings cannot find...all seems correct...even uninstall juice defender still same.

any pointers? android ver 2.3.3, brand new set a few hours old...everything stock standard.

Added on January 10, 2012, 3:23 amOh amd i noticed 3G/H connection remains if idling even on browser...but once click here click there, line will get cut off suddenly. no 3g, no H, no E, no G...have to wait for it to come back amd get reconnected.

mine just bought brand new is android ver 2.3.3...

what is the latest version for S+ that is available for OTA update? i check check OTA, but no updates so far...

so you mean that probably no update OTA...

have not learned those ways yet...still very new to android phones... will search youtube for video on how to do it...i'm not a tech-savvy kinda person...

the S+ is for my dad...i myself have a Note for just 3 weeks, just updated OTA to 2.3.6. i do find the 2.3.3 in the S+ rather different, not as nice as 2.3.5 on my note, so wish to update is to at least 2.3.5...

using the S+, totally standard out of box with some settings here and there, screen brightness max, run mobile data on whole day, some calls, a little bit surfing and FB, lasted from 9:30am to about 1am, and that also i wanted to drain the battery to cycle it, so i watch the whole Lee Chong Wei vs Lin Dan Korean Masters on Youtube until the end, then only it shut down when out of juice...

good battery life...
