seems like lotsa apps running at background eventho i dint open it. how to solve?

&

i took a picture , open it on gallery and want to set it as wallpaper but asked me to crop it? how to do it without cropping my pictureeeeeeeeeeeeeee

anyone tried this?

check with CPU spy and my phone deep sleep most of the time when i'm not using it
