there's something stuck in my speaker(it's too big to be pulled out),is the screw beside the speaker used to open it(can do DIY),or have to send shop to get it removed(the dirt)?

QUOTE(sora90 @ Sep 28 2012, 11:54 AM) Tried to upgrade to 2.3.6 today and discovered I can't enter download mode with Volume Down + Home + Power, it just boot the phone like normal or sometimes show "Samsung" and then shuts down. Is this what the term soft brick meant? soft brick is when u will have an orange coloured (error) to pc image on your phone.it only happens when you interupt your phone while flashing.Added on September 28, 2012, 9:29 pmWTA,if u constantly charge phone eventhough not below 15%,will it decrease battery life or will it auto cut the voltage once reached 100%?(everytime when i on my pc,i will charge it via usb This post has been edited by green_algae: Sep 28 2012, 09:32 PM |

QUOTE(jacktay94 @ Nov 11 2012, 02:41 PM) if buying from the states can i ask ur cousin for a favour aa? i nid a mobo, if here cost 400+ when the com now cost 700, in the states cost less than 200. probably need to get from there. i'll be getting nexus 4 after lg malaysia officially announces it(if price is reasonable,i wont ask my cousin to ship),so its your call, either u wait for me( im sure you wont ) or you can drop by nexus 4 thread,gt many ppl importing thier nexus 4 from australia and usa. |

QUOTE(annoymous1234 @ Nov 16 2012, 02:06 PM) some already move to nexus 4 thread i guess.. i might be moving too. waiting for local review of the phone first xD but nexus 4 didnt get aosp support during launch. yup. ics still cant beat gb in terms of smoothness and battery usage, but that's understandable as one is stock rom and another is not. i tried ics again few days ago, and it doesnt seem to go deep sleep if wifi is on and not connect. my battery when from 84% to 36% in 1 night, and the awake bar was just crazy.. now back to blazr rom.. seriously i feel that rom has the best bettery life thermal throttling and uncertain price is a negative factor too(for me). |

QUOTE(boombastick @ Nov 16 2012, 11:41 PM) anyway i have been using ics and not much problem thus far. arco's beta 3. pretty stable and battery lasts a day for me without any problem. tried flashing to a gb kernel and change the cpu governor?GB users can play granny smith smoothly without OC? im not hardcore gamer but i find granny smith to lag in my phone.
