did u full wipe? dun use chrome to browse. i find browsing to be super nice lehh.

there's something stuck in my speaker(it's too big to be pulled out),is the screw beside the speaker used to open it(can do DIY),or have to send shop to get it removed(the dirt)?

ics is great for me already. no lags at all. and using a heavy tsf laucher so i think you should go with ics man. adding with the jellybean mods, it would be really great.

no bugs d. i not sure bout those roms. i like it pure, and tweak it myself. tats y i am just using ivendors RC 3. no themes or anything and using OC/extreme UV kernel.

RC 3 is out. just only. beta 1 is stable and not heavy so its ok. I totally forgot GB already. hahaa! ICS camera is nice laa. no more bugs so its cool. 720 recording so still nice. wat else u need? zRAM working aso.

RemiICS v4(some ppl thought my phone was s3, ) is quite good,no bugs so far.but i have to say,Biohazard rom is the best ics rom there is.

Tried to upgrade to 2.3.6 today and discovered I can't enter download mode with Volume Down + Home + Power, it just boot the phone like normal or sometimes show "Samsung" and then shuts down. Is this what the term soft brick meant?

i already flash CM Beta 1 this morning while working.. so far so good slightly better n smooth with full wipe

WOAH.. I think i'm prefer sms, calendar, playstore, youtube better in white original theme MUCH easier to read rather than black theme making me eyesore

in my opinion the new nexus should be in the range of 2k too.

you should have taken a sme set, less hassle when claiming warranty. Last few months my s+ screen got abit problem they change the whole screen for me which i doubt ap warranty will do that.

In conclusion both 2.3.6 and CM9 works well. Based on my experience 2.3.6 has better battery life with 3G on (From morning till night and still enough). CM9 has better battery life when 3G is off compared to 2.3.6 but couldn't even last half day with 3G on for me. Viber kept switching to loudspeaker on CM9 and hands free mic is not working.

just sent it for repair... and bought rm88 samsung phone...
