the average pricing indicator is so misleading...
it must have included those si beh far property prices that nobody wants... like sg buaya and bukit beruntung....
Are property prices going to up further? V4, nothing's gonna stop us now

QUOTE(nkhong @ Nov 26 2011, 02:50 PM) For people who is waiting will be forever waiting. When property drop 10%. They are waiting for 20%. When property down 20%. All media will be writing very negative news that created fear into market, so they will be waiting till like hoping for Malaysia carnival sales 50% discount. But I think this will not happened to kv properties. So forever waiting. I think it is either wake up now and face reality that you can't afford the house in your dream or u need to work harder to earn more so that u can afford your dream house. i would add that for 1st home, just get one that is most convienence for your daily move-about...Added on November 26, 2011, 2:56 pmhttp://biz.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2011/10/14/business/9693589&sec=business forget about dream house thingy......dream house will come later..... |
