how long to fully charge the 3ds?, charged my about 5 hours still not full?

i charge my 3DS US ver with third party charger, almost 5 hours already still the orange ligth is on, what happened?? when i opened the system, the orange battery icon still blinking (charging)....anyone can help??

3ds normally will be charged fully around 3 hours... if over 4 hours, then most likely ur charger is the problem?

charger current not stable....
recommend using official charger which can be purchase separately. output should be 4.6v @ 900ma |
