hi,i recently overclock my gpu and when i run furmark..it will work without artifacts and freeze. but when i play games, sometime the game will freeze. and i cant do anything include control+alt+delete. my whole system hang but the song is still playing like normal.. i need to hit the reset button to have it recover.. can anybody sort it out ?


1)run furmark without problem
2)game freeze with the system BUT song is till playing


if furmark is passed,how can a game hang with the overclock..hurmm ..

game that i played is heroes of newerth and fifa 12 .

my setup as in my sig. thanks in advance for any help..

as for the temperature.. my gc sit at 45-47c at idle and when running furmark for 5 min with extra burn in, it will be around 75c . when playing fifa and HON ,the temp never go over 58c ..

and i had run memtest to check for ram error..i run it for 7 hours without any error..

maybe..just maybe the proc stuck and can brain what to calculate.

for real ? >.<

try stock setting ok or not. if ok then increase gpu proc speed little by little..

could be ram, or anything else.

i already run ram scan for 7 hrs..no error at all..now im checking my hdd..will see how it goes 2nite

how high is the overclock?
