Both actress are his favorites, even both of them also appeared in Kyoryuger.
A lot Toku actor in this movie, even Rinko from Wizard too.

Why can't they make dark sentai like Jetman these days?

Gobusters is already sorta dark series, but the plot kinda dull?... and didn't received well from viewer. I still enjoy it though.
Edit: Gekiranger (2007 series) also dark and has good story. But didn't received good viewer too...
What I meant by viewer is Japanese audience, especially kids... they main target.

Hey Kyouryuger is fun and energetic series. Action is top notch and fast paced. Should give a try, at least.

Even Jetmen is dark, kiddy elements still there. Same with sentai these day...

Just watched the Gavan movie, the opening scene where Gavan introduced himself in foggy atmosphere is pure classic, but the fight choreography was kind of let down compared to recent Toei stuff like Wizard and Buster, and Date-kun hardly got any speaking role.......just stood there and look lansi

Do feel there is more members. 10 members seen nice.
