from the official guidebook, Otoya made a contract with all three creatures. Also he made a contract with Kivat. The castle was given to him by his wife before he disappeared

ZOMG! Kiva vs Rook Fangire = lost. and he's the same one that killed Jiro's clan. Next ep Wataru will go inside the castle, and Jiro and Otoya have to work together to protect Yuri. And IXA's new weapon looks gay
