Hi, today I went to pump my tyre, I think my tyre(new one) was pump to 42 psi when I change to new tyre 185/65/14 at the shop.

now should I pump to 42 or 32?

or in between?

I ask because my tyre puncture recently but I found the punctured tyre were fill to ~30psi but all other tyre are above 40psi so I can feel the steering unbalance when driving, I check/pump at petrol station when it is hot so the reading could be actually lower...

err, you can follow back the recommended tyre pressure from your driver's side door;

the one like this:

and +1 psi from the recommended 31psi if you want it to be more fuel economical.

42 is actually quite overkill. Dont you feel jumpy in the car when your tires is pumped to 42psi?

thanks~ I will try to release to lower pressure
