guys i nid help. my astro byond remote suddenly doesn't works.

i can change channel, volume up and down, but the OK button , info won't shows.

example, when i change to certain channel, its info on didn't show up. sumore i can't see any info, astro setting or anything. its like my astro become normal tv. no menu or what so ever

help pls

nvm asked a friends of mine, apparently i just nid to off the whole astro and turn it on again then its will boot back to the way its before

well, while im at it, i was wondering why my volume on astro didn't work ? i meant when im volume up, its not working, nid to use the tv remote if wants volume up
